Your Conscious Decision

There is a physical death which we all face, there also exists a spiritual death where you might have to live in eternal separation from God. The physical death is called the first death [1] [2] [3] and the spiritual death is called the second death. The second death, or the separation between God and man, is the ultimate disaster for any human because anyone who gets the second death sentence will spend an eternity in a lake of fire [4] [5] [6] [7]. Adam and Eve initially were in perfect condition but brought death and destruction to themselves when both of them broke the only commandment that existed [8] and through Adam’s seed all mankind went along with it [9] [10] [1]. This could have been the end of all of us. We would have been held accountable for our sins and for this reason we were destined to live in eternal separation from God, the ultimate disaster would have been unavoidable to all of us. In order to restore justice and fellowship with God there was a need to provide a perfect sacrifice for the sin which was committed in a perfect environment [11]. Now through Adam we all were left in a broken state where not a single human was capable to live a perfect and upright life in God’s standard. We became irreversibly aware of the knowledge of good and evil and given this knowledge we chose evil one way or another so we all became doomed [12]. So our adversary just needed to point to a single point in anyone’s life where the knowledge of or communion with evil was present. This way all men from Adam through history have been accused of at least one sin and for this reason we all were doomed to eternal separation from God [13]. So to God a man must restore the fellowship through obedience to the will of God our Father. This was the only way which could release mankind from certain and eternal death. God appointed his perfect sacrifice for us which was through his beloved and once begotten son who descended to us and lived as a human to destroy the evil one [14] [11]. Jesus Christ lived sinless and upright in all ways to God and fulfilled the price through the complete obedience to the will of God our Father through the entirety of his life all the way to his own physical death [15] [16] [17]. The shedding of his innocent blood was required to be able to justify us and that is the reason why we now have a complete restoration for all mankind. As one man brought death to all of us another man brought life back to all of us [1]. We need to accept or reject the only solution that exists for our personal salvation which has been offered through the blood of Jesus Christ. We accept it by believing in it. Should we choose to reject the offer we have to pay the price ourselves by standing accountable for our own transgressions against God which means we have to live in eternal separation from God [18] [19] [20]. Our decision stands between honoring our dependence upon and giving praise to our creator who provided us His way for restoration or we have to stand up and declare ourselves as a sacrifice for our own sins. What is your decision?
