The Christian life

The Christian life I live is about a personal relation where I through the Son can know the Father with the Holy Spirit guiding me. It manifests through prayer, witnessing, attending public meetings and making public declarations. Reading the Bible is very important. I introduce my reading with a short prayer request. I desire that God is with me when I read the Bible so I can get the appropriate focus and understanding given my situation. The Bible reveals information relevant to us about God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. There will be no new revelation and there are dire warnings of extending the word of the Lord in [1], [2], [3], and [4]. I use the Bible as an authority, other Jewish or Christian texts can be useful and informative but they are not authoritative. That is, if the Bible says something that is in conflict with any other teaching, I reject it, and return to the Bible. [5]   So, how do I face challenges in life with a personal relation with God? The Narrow Way

Once we have accepted the offer God made to us we need to follow Jesus Christ as his disciples. This means that we should put Jesus Christ as our number one priority in our lives. Jesus said that He is the way, the truth and the life and that no one comes to the Father except through Him. This means that any other means of reconciliation with God will fail. The only way that exists to restore fellowship with God is to believe in what Jesus Christ accomplished on the cross [1], [2]. Jesus described the way as a narrow way and that few will find it [3], [4]. So why is this way narrow? This way is further explained in two examples with warnings of two groups of people who externally seem they are on the way but in reality are not. One group is false prophets and the other group is people who seem to be his servants but are not [5], [6], [7]. The first warning seems to be for us to be able to identify and avoid bad leaders. The best sign to look for is to see what fruit they bear according

Your Conscious Decision

There is a physical death which we all face, there also exists a spiritual death where you might have to live in eternal separation from God. The physical death is called the first death [1] [2] [3] and the spiritual death is called the second death. The second death, or the separation between God and man, is the ultimate disaster for any human because anyone who gets the second death sentence will spend an eternity in a lake of fire [4] [5] [6] [7]. Adam and Eve initially were in perfect condition but brought death and destruction to themselves when both of them broke the only commandment that existed [8] and through Adam’s seed all mankind went along with it [9] [10] [1]. This could have been the end of all of us. We would have been held accountable for our sins and for this reason we were destined to live in eternal separation from God, the ultimate disaster would have been unavoidable to all of us. In order to restore justice and fellowship with God there was a need to provide a
